MSLLC also prepares various types of cost estimates including detailed cost estimates for current planning; Independent Cost Estimates for individual project procurements; and parametric planning estimates for use in out-year planning exercises.

• Develop budgetary and detailed cost estimates integral to baseline and life-cycle cost development and budget requests
• Develop cost estimating templates using company-specific resource costs, overheads, and fee schedules
• Review project-specific risk factors to estimate required contingencies
• Build project Work Breakdown Structures to define and capture required activities and resources for estimating and tracking costs
