Environmental, Engineering, and Construction Management Support
MSLLC provides management assistance including the support of:

engineering studies and alternatives evaluation for project planning and economic analysis;

cost estimating for facility deactivation, demolition, and waste management tasks;

small-scale feasibility studies in support of staff relocation and waste management options as well as out-year planning scenario development;

updating of Project data sheets;

assistance in selecting the proposed method of accomplishment for the D&D of a structure;

collection and analysis of existing industrial hygiene and environmental documentation to support hazards analysis and risk assessment;

preparation of necessary environmental documentation (i.e. NEPA);

maintenance of site environmental databases (NESHAPs, stack and vent, sink and drain, HMIS, SWPPP);

permit preparation assistance (e.g., asbestos, demolition, RWP, and excavation/penetration permits);

preparation of work packages for D&D activities and hoist and rigging activites;
-
QA tracking support that includes maintenance of databases that store nonconformance report (NCR) data, and assistance with NCR resolution;

development of aging reports to assist the team with prioritizing NCR response actions;

development and constructability review of engineering designs and specifications for procurement of subcontracts;

integration of requirements into Certified for Construction packages for procurement and construction;

configuration management walkdowns and reviews to support utility disconnects and facility isolation.
