The Process Improvement Division staff assists clients develop, implement and improve integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information, equipment, energy and materials. Working in the functions of business analysis, industrial engineering, operations research, process engineering and quality management, the Process Improvement Division uses traditional approaches of engineering analysis and combines those with the principles of statistical, physical and social sciences to optimize the client’s business results. Our primary goal is simple – move the important numbers in the right direction by selecting the right approach to address the specific challenge facing the client.
