Kelly Conway, PMP - Senior Project Manager

Kelly is a Senior Project Manager with more than 30 years of experience in project and program management for technology and infrastructure projects. Kelly has a proven ability to manage people, projects, budgets and schedules, including successful completion of many projects, for both commercial and federal clients, from conceptual through implementation and transition to operations in highly regulated environments.  She is accomplished in managing the entire project lifecycle from efficient and organized chartering, project planning, controls and change management during execution, through successful closeout.  Kelly has a master's degree in Engineering Management and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. Kelly joined Management Solutions in 2015.

Chris Bible, 6ϭ - Senior Project Manager

Chris is a Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 20 years of experience in program management, project management, business process improvement, quality management, and team leadership, with specialized capabilities managing post-acquisition and integration projects. As a Program Manager, Chris has significant experience managing large, complex, business critical projects to completion. Over the course of his career, Chris has successfully helped generate more than $20 million in positive economic impact for his clients through annual cost savings and capacity improvements. Chris has his master's and bachelor's degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee. He joined Management Solutions in 2016.

Kristy Kistner, CQA, PMP - Director, Office of Quality at ORAU

Kristy is the director of ORAU's Office of Quality, directing and coordinating the quality management system and quality assurance across ORAU, including responsibility for maintenance of ORAU's ISO 9001 registration. Previously, she served as the project manager for the Office of Quality, managing quality management system initiatives, conducting quality assessments, leading assessment teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements relative to quality.

Kristy holds an M.A. in international affairs from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in business administration from Colorado State University. She is certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and has achieved Advanced Communicator Silver through Toastmasters International.
