We not only work in our communities, but for our communities. Whether as a company, a team or an individual, we encourage supporting the communities where we live and work - to improve the world and the lives of the people around us.

Here are just a few of the many causes we support:

Restoration House
The Restoration House/Extreme Makeover/The Village. The Restoration House (TRH) is a local organization providing transformational housing, team mentoring, and service planning to empower single mother families, ending cycles of poverty and distress. TRH provides each family with support and accountability networks that encourage a sense of community and direct support rather than isolation and powerlessness. In January 2012, the team from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition built a new home for the founders' family, plus a duplex for two families in the program.  In August 2013, TRH broke ground on The Village, a 24 unit community providing a centralized location to help more families change their future.

Management Solutions has provided funds from both corporate and staff, as well as actual labor, to help TRH for the Extreme Makeover, The Village, and on-going fundraisers.

Mission of Hope Scholarship Program provides young people, caught in the pocket of poverty, with the opportunity to advance through funding support to advance their education.  Management Solutions provides annual scholarship support (corporately and individually) to provide 13 annual scholarships across 13 regional high schools.  85% of the recipients are first-time college attendees.  Once awarded, those students that continue in higher education are considered for continued support.  More than $39,000 has been awarded under this program to date. Management Solutions also serves as a sponsor in support of the Mission of Hope annual golf fundraising event, as well as its annual benefit dinner.

Knoxville Covenant Health Marathon  Annually, Management Solutions provides a team of staff to participate in this fundraiser. An event of the Knoxville Track Club, money is raised for a variety of worthy causes including the Boys and Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley, the Arthritis Foundation, the American Cancer Society, Knox County Schools, Legacy Parks Foundation, and local youth organizations.

Through company-wide as well as individual participation in marathons, races and special events, we've also raised important funds for many other charities, including:

 Tennessee Children’s Home is a group home for teenage boys and around Christmas 2013 our staff divided into teams to bring a little cheer to those in need. Each team sponsored a boy from Tennessee Children’s Home and we provided clothes, shoes, necessities, games, etc. For more information about Tennessee Children’s Home, please click HERE.

Management Solutions supports Golf Fore Africa, which is dedicated to bringing help and hope to children and women in Africa. Management Solutions participates in Golf Fore Africa’s annual pro-am fundraiser, which raises important funds to support current Golf Fore Africa projects, including clean water, economic development and education projects.
