Project Controls

We partner with government agencies in helping them execute change and deliver successful project outcomes.

Government projects are often times large and complex, requiring that resources and costs from multiple sources be scheduled and managed. Management Solutions has extensive experience and capabilities with building and managing resource loaded schedules, which then allow our government clients to maximize project performance and minimize risk.

We provide cost and schedule control for a wide range of projects and government organizations. We work with project managers to help monitor and control project progress and proactively identify potential issues. This allows project managers to focus on technical issues and client relations. We deliver visibility into project status and issues across to multiple levels of management, as well as provide a structure for strategic planning and management.

Examples of our work

We have significant experience in project controls and in building and managing resource loaded schedules on projects for government agencies and contractors. Recent projects include:

  • Supporting a DOE agency by establishing an on-site project controls group to integrate cost and schedule information into a single project tracking system
  • Providing analysis, scheduling, and claims support for the United States Army Corps of Engineers on multiple projects
  • Supporting a DOE prime contractor with cost and scheduling support on a $2 billion dollar environmental cleanup and remediation project
