Management Solutions partners with large, complex project organizations across the federal sector to develop and administer customized organizational maturity solutions. Our solutions help organizations assess their current: 1) organizational capacity, 2) regulatory compliance, and 3) organizational culture. Management Solutions' organizational maturity solutions were developed out of our 20-year partnership with the Department of Energy to advance its mission of ensuring America’s security and prosperity by addressing its energy, environmental, and nuclear challenges through transformative science and technology solutions. Within the Department of Energy (DOE), we have partnered with 8 national laboratories, multiple NNSA sites, and across the DOE Environmental Management (EM) footprint to provide project management, technical support, and human capital solutions.

Most recently, Management Solutions was awarded the $192 million DOE Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) Support Services contract to provide a wide range of project management solutions across OCED’s $27 billion project portfolio, ranging from advanced nuclear reactors to grid-scale energy storage. This work includes ensuring that rural and socioeconomically disadvantaged communities receive the full benefits of OCED’s clean energy projects, something that is at the heart of our corporate mission.
