Critical Decision Package Development
Our experienced team has assisted in the development of CD packages from project inception, through alternative analyses and design, construction, testing, startup, and commissioning. Our experience includes the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, CNS Y-12 & Pantex, UCOR, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Savannah River Site. All support for capital projects is in accordance with DOE O 413.3B.
Project Controls
Management Solutions helps clients gather and analyze project data to keep costs and schedules on track. The functions of project controls include initiating, planning, monitoring, controlling, communicating and closing out project costs and schedules. Ultimately, project controls consists of iterative processes for measuring project status, forecasting likely outcomes based on those measurements and then enhancing project performance if the projected outcomes need improvement.

In addition to performing detailed analysis of existing schedules, estimates, and contractor performance, we develop performance baselines and EVM reviews, provide troubleshooting and problem solving on complex projects, and identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
