Every member of the Management Solutions team focuses on adding value to our customers and enabling every project to be delivered on time and within budget. However, we recognize that our work is only part of our identity, so giving back to the community is very important.


We strongly believe that to whom much is given, much is expected. We believe in being good stewards of our time not only at work but in our global, national, and local communities by offering our staff many avenues to participate in various non-profit organizations or charities.


This ability to engage and give back strengthens our sense of family and community, improves our teamwork skills as an organization, and adds strength to our individual and collective ability to achieve optimal results.

Restoration House’s Village provides transitional housing and other resources for low-income single-mother families working to break the cycle of poverty.

Building Traditions

Management Solutions is also passionate about construction trades and has developed a partnership with Building Traditions, a community-centered apprenticeship program designed to address the growing shortage of skilled construction trade workers. Building Traditions provides accredited training, pathways to success, and the first steps toward rewarding and sustainable careers.

Building Traditions partners with trade associations and contractors to provide a holistic approach for construction craft to develop skills within an accredited workforce development program (NCCER) that provides employment opportunities for a lifetime.

Creating a Place at the Table

Throughout her thirty-year career in project controls, Management Solutions’ founder Misty Mayes has been passionate about supporting the next generation of project control professionals, especially those from historically under-represented backgrounds. Project Controls Solutions was founded to expand access to the project controls profession. Our training programs create a pathway for aspiring project controls professionals to develop the skills and capabilities they need to build a meaningful career in a fast-growing profession.

Project Controls Solutions evolved out of our belief that the project controls profession can create well-paying, sustainable careers for individuals. Many of the students Project Controls Solutions has trained come from rural, economically disadvantaged, or majority-minority regions. Project Controls Solutions wants to be at the vanguard of efforts to provide meaningful work, dignity, and improved quality of life and social mobility to people no matter where they live or who they are.
