KNOXVILLE, TN - Management Solutions, LLC today announced the expansion of its Energy, Environmental, and Nuclear Services practices with the appointment of four strategic hires.

Infante and Kilroy, Mr. Janaskie and Ms. Pack are recognized leaders in our industry who have led some of our nation’s most vital clean energy, nuclear, and environmental management initiatives, enabling our clients to partner with some of the most experienced and innovative practitioners in our industry.”
Lola Infante, PhD, joins Management Solutions as Portfolio Director, further deepening the firm’s expertise in the management of clean energy public-private partnerships. In this role, Infante manages Management Solutions’ $193M Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) project. She has a 20-year career in the energy space, most recently as Executive Director of Government and External Affairs at the Electric Power Research Institute. She has extensive success articulating and executing policy and business strategies that blend robust technical expertise and extensive external stakeholder engagement. Infante earned her B.S. in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po in Paris, France; an M.S. from Université de Paris IX in International Economics and Finance; an M.S. degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Energy, Environment, Science and Technology; and a Ph.D. from John Hopkins University.
Kyle Kilroy, PhD, joins the firm as the Senior Director of Operations with over 20 years of experience in nuclear services, including serving in executive management, engineering, operations, quality, and business development roles. He most recently served the Department of Energy in Senior Executive Service as the Assistant Manager Nuclear Materials Stabilization where he was responsible for the nation’s plutonium stockpile and other Special Nuclear Materials. He has led site transformation, safety basis, and project recovery efforts throughout the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and DOE, including at Savannah River Site, Los Alamos, and Hanford. He will lead the Management Solutions’ office and professionals in Aiken, South Carolina. Kilroy earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and a Doctorate of Homeland Security from Liberty University.
Mark Janaskie joins Management Solutions as a Senior Manager to lead environmental management projects, bringing a 38-year career as a program and project manager, environmental compliance specialist, environmental trainer, and state regulator. His technical experience includes managing environmental cleanup projects for both DOE and commercial clients, including more than 20 years as a federal program manager working in both the DOE’s Office of Environmental Management (EM) and the Office of Nuclear Energy. As a contractor, Janaskie spearheaded the first DOE-EM Headquarters Consolidated Technical Support Services (CTSS) contract that began in September 2019. As CTSS program manager, he consistently increased contract revenue, managed 28 task orders and 40 separate work areas, tracked work progress, and interacted with EM program clients and managers to increase work volume. Janaskie earned a degree in Biology from Bucknell University.
Samantha Pack, PMP joins Management Solutions as NEPA Practice Lead, bringing more than 35 years of regulatory and environmental management experience to the environmental services team. Prior to joining Management Solutions, she managed the Environmental Services organization for the DOE Oak Ridge cleanup contract, directing 120 personnel and a $128 million budget for project scope that included final characterization, CERCLA completion, permit and regulatory compliance, sample management, and water resources restoration for the entire Oak Ridge Reservation.
Pack has experience in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance for renewable energy projects and has successfully managed delicate community involvement. She has worked closely with federal, state, and local clients, and regulators and stakeholders, including DOE, DoD, USEPA state governments, local municipal, commercial customers, and local and regional utilities. She earned her bachelor's degree from Centre College of Kentucky and her master’s from the University of Tennessee (UT). Pack holds numerous postgraduate credentials, including graduate studies in Environmental Toxicology at UT, Project Planning, Analysis and Control from the George Washington School of Business, and a Project Management Professional certificate.
