Misty D. Under her leadership, MSLLC has managed programs exceeding $40 billion across all 50 states, providing mission assurance, project delivery, and independent assessments that drive operational excellence for government and commercial clients.

Misty’s expertise lies in strengthening portfolio execution, enhancing operational effectiveness, and tailoring performance assurance programs to align with each client’s mission, with a focus on integrating innovation, data-driven decision-making, and scalable solutions. She has led large-scale initiatives supporting complex federal technology portfolios, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, project delivery, and enterprise operations. Her leadership also extends to state and commercial clients, delivering results-driven solutions tailored to diverse program needs.

Throughout her career, Misty has combined technical excellence with strategic leadership to help clients overcome challenges, improve operations, and achieve measurable outcomes while building high-performing teams. She is deeply committed to developing the next generation of STEM, business, and entrepreneurial professionals and to creating opportunities for future leaders to grow, innovate, and make an impact. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business and Tickle College of Engineering, as well as the University of Tennessee Foundation Board and several national nonprofit organizations.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee and has completed several graduate certificate programs through MIT. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Professional (CLSS), Certified IT Service Management Professional (ITIL 4), and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Misty is a recognized leader within the Project Management Institute, frequently speaking on leadership, innovation, project execution, and workforce development in the evolving technology landscape.
