Maintenance Scheduling Support

MSLLC provides functional and technical project management support to CNS’ Operations organization. This scope includes interfacing with software developers and end users to capture needs, authoring and managing enhancement requests and defect tickets, administering Azure DevOps backlog, testing releases through the production pipeline, and collaborating with Tableau developers to deliver schedule performance dashboards. These dashboards provide CNS Management with actionable insight into maintenance scheduling effectiveness. The long-term objective is to drive implementation of an integrated and standardized work week scheduling process across the site.

Nuclear Criticality Safety

MSLLC provides qualified Senior Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS) Engineers to CNS Y-12’s Mission Engineering organization. Our NCS Engineers are a critical resource; their responsibilities include reviewing NCS evaluations, criticality code calculations, operating procedures, and other documentation to ensure operational safety and compliance with NCS standards and codes.

Integrated Master Site Scheduling

MSLLC provides project management and technical support for the Integrated Master Site Scheduling System implementation within CNS’ Operations organization. This scope includes developing an Enterprise Planning and Controls Integrated Master Site Schedule and a metric suite to improve planning, tracking, and operational efficiency. The purpose of the effort is to ensure alignment with project milestones, schedule performance, and to meet production improvement goals at the site.

UPF Integration and Engineering Support

MSLLC provides engineering and program integration support for the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF), one of the NNSA's largest modernization initiatives. Our multidisciplinary team supports nuclear criticality safety, nuclear safety engineering, program integration, project controls, budget, schedule, and risk management activities to help ensure the safe, efficient transition of new production capabilities into operation.
